“Patriotism Must Become Disciplined National Action”

Veterans India and the Volunteer Patriotic Reserve Force (VPRF) were created with a clear national vision — to involve every citizen of Bharat in organised, disciplined and visible national service under the guidance of ex-servicemen.

Dr. B. K. Mishra believes that patriotism should not remain limited to emotions, slogans, speeches or social media messages. True patriotism must be reflected through action, discipline, responsibility, service and meaningful contribution to Bharat.

Through Veterans India, he envisions a nationwide movement where veterans, students, youth, women, institutions, professionals, corporates and citizens work together to build a stronger, more disciplined, self-reliant and developed Bharat.

Students and youth should become disciplined leaders, not only degree holders or job seekers.

Universities, colleges and schools should build character, discipline, leadership and national responsibility beyond academics.

Bharat should guide the world through values, discipline, unity, service and responsible citizenship.

Founder’s Highest Welfare Priority

Respect, dignity and support for those who sacrificed for Bharat

Martyrs’ Families & War Widows

The Founder’s vision gives highest respect and support priority to martyrs’ families, war widows and dependents. Their dignity, recognition, education support and welfare must remain a sacred national responsibility.

Veterans India aims to mobilise citizens, institutions, donors and CSR partners to stand with the families who have sacrificed for the security and honour of Bharat.

Disabled Soldiers & Veterans

Disabled soldiers and veterans represent courage, sacrifice and service before self. Their welfare, rehabilitation, dignity and continued social participation deserve organised national support.

The vision is to build public participation for veteran welfare, medical support, rehabilitation awareness and respectful community connection.

Founder’s Messages

Nation First • Service Always

Message to Citizens

Every citizen of Bharat has a responsibility towards the nation.

Nation-building is not only the duty of government, armed forces or institutions. It is the duty of every citizen.

Veterans India gives citizens a structured platform to serve Bharat with discipline, dignity and purpose.

Every citizen who believes in Nation First can contribute through volunteering, social service, awareness, donation, mentorship, district activities or digital outreach.

Message to Students and Youth

Students and youth are the future strength of Bharat.

Education must not only create job seekers. It must create responsible citizens, confident leaders, disciplined youth and nation-builders.

Through VPRF, Student Ambassador, Youth Ambassador, internships and HEI activities, students can learn leadership, patriotism, teamwork, public responsibility, social service and communication skills.

The youth of Bharat must convert energy into action and talent into national contribution.

Message to HEIs

Higher Education Institutions have a major role in shaping the future of Bharat.

Beyond academics, institutions must build discipline, values, leadership, social responsibility and national commitment among students.

Veterans India and VPRF Centres can add meaningful value to existing HEI systems through veteran-led mentoring, student ambassador programmes, internships, community outreach, activity reports, national recognition and Pride of Nation Awards.

Message to Veterans

The service of veterans does not end after retirement.

Veterans carry discipline, courage, leadership, sacrifice and Nation First values. These values are urgently needed in civil society and among youth.

Veterans India gives ex-servicemen a respected platform to mentor youth, guide HEIs, lead district teams, support VPRF and continue serving Bharat with dignity.

Message to Women Leaders

Women are central to family, society and nation-building.

Through Naari Sena and VPRF, women can lead awareness, safety, dignity, health, student mentoring, community development and national service activities.

Bharat becomes stronger when women lead with confidence, values and Nation First commitment.

Message to Corporates, Donors and CSR Partners

Nation-building requires structured support, transparent implementation and measurable impact.

Veterans India invites corporates, donors, sponsors and CSR partners to support youth empowerment, VPRF Centres, HEI programmes, veteran welfare, martyrs’ families, women empowerment, disaster awareness, district activities and digital impact systems.

Every contribution should be acknowledged, documented and connected with visible impact.

Message to NRIs and OCIs

Every Indian living anywhere in the world remains emotionally connected with Bharat.

Veterans India invites NRIs and OCIs to support Bharat’s development by contributing to education, youth leadership, veteran welfare, district initiatives, VPRF Centres, digital outreach and Global Bharat Mission.

Serving Bharat is possible from anywhere in the world when the intention is Nation First.
