Volunteer Patriotic Reserve Force – A Civilian Patriotic Movement of Veterans India
VPRF is a disciplined, organised and patriotic civilian volunteer network created to convert love for Bharat into visible national service.
VPRF stands for Volunteer Patriotic Reserve Force. It is a national civilian patriotic volunteer initiative of Veterans India, created to involve citizens, students, youth, women, professionals, veterans, NRIs and OCIs in organised nation-building activities.
VPRF is not a military force, not a political group and not a parallel government body. It is a disciplined patriotic platform where every responsible citizen can contribute time, energy, knowledge, skill, leadership and service for Bharat.
The core idea of VPRF is simple but powerful: patriotism should not remain only in emotion, slogans or celebration. It must become daily discipline, social responsibility, civic action, public service, youth leadership and visible contribution to national development.
VPRF transforms patriotic feeling into practical service through awareness, discipline, social participation and responsible citizenship.
It brings together students, youth, citizens, professionals, veterans, women, institutions and society under one national service framework.
VPRF encourages citizens to stand ready for social service, disaster support, awareness campaigns and national development activities.
The purpose of VPRF is to create a national pool of patriotic volunteers who can support Bharat through disciplined and constructive service. It gives every citizen a meaningful way to participate in nation-building without waiting for a position, post or power.
Through VPRF, Veterans India aims to build responsible citizens, value-based youth, socially aware students, active communities, trained volunteers and patriotic leadership at every level of society.

The word Reserve means a responsible citizen base that remains ready to serve the nation whenever society needs support. It does not mean armed force, military recruitment or combat role.
In VPRF, “Reserve Force” means a disciplined national volunteer reserve of patriotic citizens who can contribute through awareness, coordination, relief support, mentoring, education, environmental action, health campaigns, youth mobilisation and civic service.
VPRF is open to every Indian-hearted citizen who believes in Nation First, discipline, service and responsible citizenship. Any person who can proudly say Jai Hind and Vande Mataram can become part of this patriotic mission.
VPRF provides age-wise and role-wise categories so that every citizen can participate according to age, capacity and responsibility.
For children up to 10 years to develop love for Bharat, discipline, respect and basic civic values from early age.
For students above 10 years and below 18 years to participate in value-based patriotic learning and social awareness.
For youth from 18 to 30 years to lead digital outreach, campus activities, internships, events and nation-building campaigns.
For citizens from 30 to 50 years to support society, mentor youth, coordinate district-level activities and strengthen community participation.
For citizens above 50 years to guide, mentor, inspire and support young volunteers through experience, wisdom and national commitment.
VPRF volunteers participate in disciplined, peaceful, constructive and lawful activities that add value to society and strengthen national character.
VPRF members receive a digital identity as part of the national patriotic volunteer network.
Members receive National Service Certificate for participation and contribution.
Members get opportunities to attend webinars, guidance sessions and leadership activities.
Active members may receive appreciation, recognition and leadership opportunities.
VPRF has special importance for schools, colleges, universities and Higher Educational Institutions. Through VPRF, students can be connected with patriotic education, social responsibility, leadership, internship, community service, environmental activities and national development initiatives.
