No Pay-to-Win

Donation, sponsorship, participation fee or organisational association should never guarantee an award.

Pride of State recognition does not automatically guarantee Pride of Nation recognition.

National selection must remain independent and merit-based.

Awardees may be encouraged to continue contributing through:

Recognition should create a continuing cycle:

Veterans India should reserve the right to reject or withdraw an award if:

• Award rules were materially violated.

Any such decision should follow an appropriate review process.

The Individual Pride of State Award is a Veterans India recognition programme.
